The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:

RTX (ES) Procurement & Program Services (P&PS) is a centralized service organization that provides procurement, supplier data services, strategic affordability analysis and defense global customs services to internal customers across RTX. The success of Enterprise Services gives RTX a competitive edge by allowing us to better meet the demands of our customers through increased efficiency, affordability and productivity.

ES Procurement & Program Services is seeking a high performing candidate to join the Technology and Transformation team as Manager, Supply Chain Technology. The Technology and Transformation team provides leadership and delivers technology, automation, data and process capabilities to P&PS functions. This role entails close collaboration with team members and stakeholders internal and external to ES Procurement and other supply chain functions. Key stakeholders include ES Technology, Compliance, Procurement, Global Customs, Strategic Affordability Management, Supplier Data Services and Technology and Transformation team members.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Optimize efficiencies by identifying, deploying and improving technology processes, systems, tools and metrics consistent with P&PS offerings, goals and objectives, using RTX's CORE operating model where practical
  • Interface between P&PS teams and Business Solutions team for report/dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Provide and maintain data, technology and transformative tools to stakeholders, both internal and external to P&PS
  • Participate in collaborative assessments of future technology needs and ensure a robust pipeline of technology improvements
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members across P&PS
  • Assist in ad hoc request as necessary, must have analytical mindset

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or Operations, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Buyer, Subcontract Manager, Material Program Manager, Business Process Management (Supply Chain Operations), or Material Planner
  • At least three years of experience working with SAP ECC (PRISM/APEX)
  • Experience demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft tools to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive and/or SharePoint

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working with SAP Ariba. Understanding and working knowledge of Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Experience working with Exostar
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgement and manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong communication, meeting facilitation, and collaboration skills along with the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time
  • CORE Apprentice or Champion Certification

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
