Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supply chain experience.
• Associate degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Healthcare, warehousing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Prior experience within a Trinity Health facility strongly preferred.
• Ability to complete required education, training, and competency assessments.

• Leverage program and operational metrics to demonstrate progress and business impact.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend practical solutions, and lead efforts through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects with timely analysis and data insights.
• Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
• Apply knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices, and procedures to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environments
• Prior experience within a Trinity Health facility strongly preferred
• Ability to complete required education, training, and competency assessments

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 – $25.53 Actual compensation varies based on experience, education, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
