Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital is seeking a Sterile Supply Technician who ensures the secure storage, control and timely delivery of sterile supplies across departments. Responsibilities include restocking OR MASS cells, pulling surgery cases and instruments, and using hospital systems to locate items.

The role supports patient care by maintaining accurate inventory, preparing operating room materials, and coordinating with clinical teams to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Central Processing.
• 1 year of medical terminology experience.

Responsibilities

• Restock OR MASS cells and pull all surgery cases including instruments.
• Move medical center materials between departments and units.
• Deliver doctor building supplies and cases using hospital computer systems to locate supplies.

Job description

The Sterile Supply Technician is responsible for the storage and control of supplies, and for issuing and delivery of supplies throughout the hospital. Responsible for the movement of Medical Center materials between departments or units. Utilizes computer to locate supplies, determine levels. Responsible for restocking all OR MASS cells, responsible for pulling all surgery cases, to include instruments and knowing all computer applications, Genesis, SRM, EPIC. Responsible for pulling and delivering doctor building supplies and cases.

Preferred Qualifications:
