Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio seeks a Supply Chain Technical/Integrations Lead to own end-to-end planning capabilities and act as a Product manager for global planning solutions. You will guide strategy, stakeholder management, and delivery across demand, supply, and manufacturing domains, with exposure to AI opportunities in supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics (MBA or master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience implementing complex supply chain solutions with ERP interfaces (Oracle EBS, SAP).
  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning projects involving Kinaxis Maestro, leading technical design for inbound/outbound processes.
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis Maestro with host ERP, PLM, and CRM systems including middleware exposure.
  • Experience in Kinaxis Data Model, input and control tables.
  • Proven ability translating business processes into scalable digital solutions.
  • Experience with Integration Architecture: flat-file/batch, API/web services.
  • Certified Kinaxis Integration Consultant (Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, Integration Level 1) preferred.
  • Experience enabling AI/ML for supply chain use cases.
  • Global manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Advanced Planning capabilities and own the domain area (Demand/S&OP, Supply/Inventory/Manufacturing, or Spares Parts Planning).
  • Design robust touch-less digital planning solutions for scale, availability and growth.
  • Own and drive deliverables through SDLC and manage a portfolio of digital supply chain programs.
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to drive major transformation programs.
  • Scope, plan, manage projects, software quality, risks, schedules, communication, and deliverables.
  • Build a global template of domain-specific capabilities and rollouts across 33+ plants.
  • Serve as primary IT contact to business stakeholders for domain ownership.
  • Champion DevOps practices and expand into a Center of Excellence.
  • Standardize planning templates per industry and tool standards.
  • Own relevant KPIs and revolutionize end-to-end supply chain models.
  • Mentor data engineers, solution architects, and product teams.
  • Introduce best practices and modern architectural approaches.
  • Influence stakeholders with strong communication and technical depth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Technical/Integrations Lead for our Digital Supply Solutions group. This leader acts as a Product manager and is responsible for end‑to‑end planning systems capabilities from strategy, business stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization and delivery/maintenance of planning capabilities to support Vertiv’s business units. The position provides subject matter expertise in various domains of supply chain planning (demand, supply, manufacturing etc.) a hands‑on systems knowledge and experience/exposure to AI in supply chain opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementation of Advanced Planning capabilities and owns specific domain area : Demand/S&OP or Supply/Inventory/Manufacturing Planning or Spares Parts Planning solutions
  • Design robust touch‑less digital planning solutions for scale, availability and growth
  • Owns and drives deliverables through SDLC
  • Manges portfolio of digital supply chain programs in the specific domain area of ownership
  • Works across teams and external partners to drive major transformation program in specific domain area
  • Scope, plan, and manage projects, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
  • Responsible for building a global template of domain specific capabilities and rollouts across 33+ and growing plants around the world
  • Build supply chain planning capabilities as a Product
  • Serves as primary IT contact to business stakeholders for domain specific ownership (Demand/S&OP/Supply/Mfg/Spares)
  • Brings a DevOps mindset and helps expand it into a CoE
  • Responsible for standardizing the planning global template and baselining with industry and tool standards
  • Owns and manages relevant KPIs
  • Revolutionize end‑to‑end supply chain models
  • Serve as a senior technical mentor to data engineers, solution architects, and product teams
  • Introduce best practices, emerging patterns, and modern architectural approaches
  • Influence stakeholders across business and technology with strong communication, storytelling, and technical depth
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred but not required.
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing complex supply chain solutions along with integrations experience interfacing with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP etc.)
  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning projects involving Kinaxis Maestro solutions, leading technical design for inbound/outbound processes
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse) with host ERP, PLM, and CRM systems including exposure to middleware systems
  • Experience in Kinaxis Data Model, input and control tables
  • Proven experience translating business processes into scalable digital solutions
  • Experience with Integration Architecture and their use cases (e.g. flat-file/batch, API/web services)
  • Preferred
    • Certified Kinaxis Integration Consultant (Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, and Integration Level 1 required)
    • Experience enabling AI/ML for supply chain use cases
    • Prior experience with global manufacturing environments.
