Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator – Level 3 in Promontory, UT. The role focuses on material planning, work order closures, and coordinating product movement to keep production on schedule.

The position is onsite and emphasizes collaboration with planners, production teams, and internal departments. The job requires a High School diploma or GED plus at least four years in inventory/operations support, with familiarity in manufacturing processes and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

Minimum four years of inventory and operations support experience.
Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, and engineering flows.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively.

Responsibilities

Use of MRP to close work orders; pick material from Stores.
Advises management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalates problems to ensure resources are provided.
Coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely movement of parts.
Ensures supporting documents are available before production.
Coordinates product movement across the value stream.

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

The Tech Coordinator will work closely with the production planner and manufacturing to ensure material and planning are available for production. Responsibilities include work order closure, material ordering to the factory floor, and coordination of product movement.

Job Responsibilities
