Job summary

You will be the primary contact for users, coordinating with the technical team to test changes before release. The role emphasizes analyzing support trends, cost data review, and exploring AI-driven efficiency improvements in supply chain data and processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in systems support, operations analysis, or a related role, including hands-on UAT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with users at all levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools.
• Experience with AI tools and applying them to process improvements.
• Experience with supply chain data and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for users, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and keeping them informed through resolution.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prioritize and resolve support tickets, translating user needs into clear, actionable details.
• Conduct detailed user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system updates, document issues, and manage resolution against established timelines.
• Analyze support inquiry data to identify recurring issues, and assess cost data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify manual or time-intensive processes and implement AI-based solutions to improve efficiency.
