Role Description

As a Manager in Enterprise Asset Management, you'll focus on enhancing clients' work and asset management capabilities with Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Your role involves managing client engagements, leading teams, and delivering solutions that align with business objectives. You will also contribute to practice development and external thought leadership in EAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Maximo/MAS consulting services to clients.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Ensure operational efficiency and project success.
• Manage client relationships and external brand presence.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Maximo/EAM consulting.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and client engagements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle products.
• Knowledge of Schedule, Dispatch, Mobile Services, and EAM configuration tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving skills.
