Role Overview: As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you will develop solutions and strategies to enhance our clients' work and asset management capabilities. You will collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional service, playing a key role in improving asset management for clients.

The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager, you will lead sales efforts and design Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) EAM solutions for clients in the Power & Utility industry. Your goals include increasing revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness, ensuring solutions meet client needs, and delivering complex, tailored solutions.

You will also be responsible for managing technology transformation projects, ensuring they align with organizational strategies, and leading both technical and non-technical teams to successful implementation. This role offers a chance to shape the future of technology within our organization and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients, helping improve their business performance.
  • Manage and deliver complex processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
  • Develop external expertise in EAM, promote knowledge sharing, and strengthen our collective capabilities.
  • Assist in business development, including assessing opportunities, designing solutions, and participating in RFI/RFP processes.
  • Present technical solutions to clients and develop high-quality proposal content.
  • Gather market insights and trends to inform service offerings.
  • Support delivery teams during implementation, ensuring profitable and high-quality engagements.
  • Lead and mentor teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Travel as required for client engagements.

Skills & Attributes for Success:

  • Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to challenge, inspire, and promote diversity and inclusion.

  • Leadership experience, risk management, and client engagement skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred, in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, with 8-10 years of total work experience or a graduate degree plus 7 years.
  • Proven experience with Maximo/MAS in EAM contexts, leading teams, and managing business development.
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and US passport required.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Utility sector experience, especially in Transmission, Distribution, Generation, or Nuclear.
  • Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, Mobile, and other EAM products.
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and change management skills.
