Northrop Grumman's Elkton, MD facility is seeking a Logistics Associate to handle distribution, receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and inventory control under the guidance of the Logistics Supervisor. A valid driver’s license and forklift operation are required.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively; eligibility for a Secret clearance and US citizenship are necessary.

• Deliveries throughout the plant.
• System and physical inventory transactions.
• Maintain safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.

Northrop Grumman Propulsion Systems and Controls (PS&C) facility in Elkton, Maryland began solid-propellant rocket operations in 1948. Job Description

• Performs tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Assists in conducting cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision

Primary Level Salary Range: $45,100.00 - $75,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
