Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa seeks a detail-oriented warehouse associate to manage par levels, pick/pack items, and deliver supplies across the facility. You will complete replenishment and picking tasks in our system, ensuring accurate records to support care operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook. Day shift, full-time, with background screening compliance in Florida.

Qualifications

  • High school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
  • ERP experience preferred (PeopleSoft).
  • Strong math and counting abilities required.
  • Ability to communicate with clinicians in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories.
  • Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas.
  • Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Disburses materials to locations in a timely manner following routes and schedules.
  • Maintains warehouse areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
  • Completes replenishment/picking in the system to ensure accurate records.
  • Delivers supplies and packages, obtaining location delivery information.
  • Assists with updating item locations and labels related to product conversions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas. Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs. Properly disburses all materials to various locations in the facility as assigned in a timely manner following any established route and schedule, with special attention to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages. Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process, including all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping. Delivers supplies and packages to customers, taking care to obtain location delivery information. Maintains conversion items and substitutes, communicating with clinical and departmental staff. Assists with updating item locations and labels associated with product conversions. Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Other duties as assigned.
