Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Supply and Distribution teammate to stock medical supplies, linen and equipment, ensuring accurate identification and clean, accessible organization for clinical staff. This is a 1st shift role from 3:30am to 12pm, with every-other-weekend availability.

You will verify received items against packing slips, deliver and replenish as scheduled, and complete STAT orders promptly. The role includes using powered or manual handling equipment and placing unit orders with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases and word processors; knowledge of Workday, Teams and EPIC optional.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; equivalent acceptable.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure breakdown/staging of unit-specific product according to schedule.
• Validate product/quantity received via pack slips; deliver and replenish supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Complete STAT orders promptly per requester timeline.
• Use powered/manual handling devices for safe movement of items.
• Place unit/location specific orders using handheld technology and inventory systems.
• Travel between sites within the Freestanding Emergency Department Network as needed.
