Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead to manage daily replenishment operations, drive KPI performance, and optimize inventory across defined categories and vendors.

The role collaborates with Planning, Business Development, and the leadership team to ensure efficiency, cost control, and strong supplier relationships while aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Maintain planning parameters, safety stock, lead times, and MOQs.
• Analyze quantity commitments for long-term agreements.
• Oversee supplier scorecards and drive vendor improvements.
• Escalate day-to-day challenges and guide the team.
• Prepare regular performance reports for Supply Chain leadership.
• Review inventory to minimize excess and waste.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop team members with the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead replenishment team daily operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning on inventory optimization.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Partner with Business Development on agreements.
• Represent team in cross-functional initiatives.
