Job summary

Armada seeks a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to own and optimize procurement, inventory, and asset lifecycle systems. You will partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, IT, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable configurations and workflows, driving data quality and process improvements.

Based in Bellevue, WA, the role includes up to 20% travel for deployments and audits and entails building dashboards and SOPs for operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years supporting supply chain systems and IT operations.
• Experience administering ERP, EAM, or inventory systems.
• Strong asset lifecycle and inventory workflow knowledge.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to identify root causes.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of systems supporting procurement, inventory, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain operational technology and supporting devices.
• Keep asset and inventory records accurate and audit-ready.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements.
• Coordinate asset deployments and inventory reconciliation across locations.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive long-term solutions.
• Develop SOPs and training materials.
• Create dashboards to measure inventory accuracy and deployment readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows.
