Beyond day‑to‑day system administration, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance the tools that support a rapidly growing operational environment. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational workflows and implement scalable business processes.
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements across supply chain platforms.
  • Coordinate asset deployments, transfers, recoveries, and inventory reconciliation activities across multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues while driving root cause analysis and long‑term solutions.
  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to improve operational consistency.
  • Create operational metrics and dashboards to measure inventory accuracy, asset utilization, and deployment readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, inventory management, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management or inventory platforms.
