Job summary

ABB is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Manager to lead the SAP-based supply chain tools strategy and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and reliable daily operations.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive analytics and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions for planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in supply chain systems, SAP, or related business applications.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain processes with emphasis on production planning and procurement.
  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Power BI, SQL, or Snowflake preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through effective communication, accountability, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the supply chain systems strategy and roadmap, serving as BPO to align technology, data, and processes with business objectives.
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of SAP supply chain solutions, prioritizing enhancements, ensuring system stability, and governing data integrity and compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence through analytics, automation, and process standardization, leveraging data and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional partnerships and user engagement through training and accountability.
