Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst to enhance learning across core systems used by employees and suppliers. You will design digital training, deliver virtual sessions, and partner with SMEs to translate processes into practical content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training content development, or related field.
• Experience creating digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering virtual training and creating learner-centered materials.
• Experience coordinating translated content or multilingual learning needs is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems or supply chain processes is preferred.

As a **Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst**, you will play a key role in enhancing the learning and user experience across supply chain systems used by both internal employees and external suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining instructional design, digital content development, virtual facilitation, reporting, and systems support to drive user adoption, capability building, and business impact. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business processes and system requirements into clear, practical, and engaging learning solutions. You will create digital training materials, support system users, help manage multilingual content needs, and generate reports that provide insight into adoption, usage, and effectiveness.
