Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Supply Chain for onsite role in New Berlin, WI. You will lead SAP-enabled supply chain projects, collaborate with global teams, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

The role combines business analysis with system delivery, focusing on sourcing, procurement, and ERP improvements. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the field (3+ years with SAP), and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years with SAP or similar enterprise business applications.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support global and local digital transformation initiatives by executing assigned projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into Information Systems (IS) solution requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and cutover activities for new implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and IS delivery teams to ensure reliable and scalable application solutions.
• Manage assigned projects in accordance with ABB project management standards and governance processes.
