Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Systems & Governance to own the strategy, architecture, and governance of the company’s critical supply chain tools (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS) across NPI and scale phases. You will lead a lean team and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain systems, strong data governance experience, and proven leadership in regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
• 5 years in People Leadership roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in regulated manufacturing.
• Proven track record building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems to ensure scalability, compliance and extensibility as Valar grows.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks across supply chain data for accuracy and access control.
• Design and implement controls for change management, testing, and system releases to ensure continuity.
• Lead cross-functional system implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Build scalable policies and procedures balancing speed with compliance in a highly regulated industry.

The Team

As part of the Manufacturing organization, Supply Chain secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations. The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance.

The Role

• Own the strategy, architecture,governanceand integrationof Valar's supply chain systems (ERP, MRP,WMS,TMS, ...)to supportNPI,scaleand growthphases.
• Define and enforce data governance standards(Item master, BOM, supplier records)ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditability across the supply chain.
• Partner cross-functionallywith Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes.
• Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting.
• Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Informationsystemsor related field.
• 15+ years of experience inSupply chain systems,ERP/MRP implementationand integration.
• 5 years in People Leadership roles.
• Deep, hands‑onexpertisewith ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proventrack recordbuilding and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks in highly regulatedenvironment.
• Strongtrack recordleading cross-functional system implementation and driving adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical,business,and operations teams.
