Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Coordinator for a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts. This role is onsite at our Roseville, CA location and supports SCIS processes and system enabling support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team.

The incumbent assists in developing business requirements and collaborates with the Business Systems Team on process and system enhancements, maintaining master data with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience preferred.
• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree in business or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports ecommerce operations, deployment maintenance (set up and updating information received through electronic transmission).
• Works closely with Adventist Health’s supplier community to ensure Master data is complete and accurate.
• Provides SCIS item and vendor expertise and ensures data integrity through multiple analytical approaches.
• Identifies and resolves duplicates and attributes inconsistencies in item and vendor masters.
• Keeps current with marketplace mergers, acquisitions and technology upgrades and their impact on SCIS.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Coordinator for a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who is able to work onsite at our Roseville, CA location.

Supports SCIS processes and system enabling support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to optimize the utilization of supply chain systems. The incumbent works closely with customers, partners and other stakeholders, including suppliers, in the implementation and support of the supply chain roadmap, standards and best practices. The incumbent supports day-to-day content management activities, assists in the development of business requirements and works with the Business Systems Team in planning and implementation of process and system enhancements.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s/Technical Degree in business or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Two years' related experience: Preferred
