Job Description:
The Process Manager Supply Chain Systems collaborates cross-functionally to ensure systems capabilities align with the process needs of the supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a relevant field of study; or equivalent work experience.
- Work Experience:
- Experience with best-in-class Distribution systems and driving organizational adoption of best practices.
- Leadership in strategic supply chain initiatives within large, complex retail organizations.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering roles focusing on process improvement.
- Expertise in Manhattan and Oracle Supply Chain Systems.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Distribution and Transportation Management systems, including Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management.
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical levels.
- Excellent change management skills and ability to drive system and process adoption.
- Experience leading multiple stakeholders through design, implementation, and operating within a software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business partners.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and providing insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workstreams within the Supply Chain Systems team, managing issues and escalations.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to maximize system productivity and throughput.
- Collaborate with IT to gather and deliver complete business requirements.
- Lead functional design discussions, testing, and implementation.
- Maintain and execute the product roadmap, including enhancements and future releases.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities for inbound/outbound functions, focusing on transportation and distribution.
- Develop and deploy inbound process SOPs in partnership with Engineering.
- Coordinate with vendors, local, offshore, and other teams to meet goals.
- Lead Go-Live activities, including training, support, stabilization, and hypercare.
- Serve as business lead and SME for completed projects and ongoing work.
- Understand master data management principles and collaborate across teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- On-call availability after hours, including weekends.
- Necessary hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
- Adherence to company policies and work hours.
- Office located in Katy, TX, with travel to distribution centers and vendor sites as needed.
