Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to provide supply chain support for ROI Members. You will handle requisitions, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and PO processing while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

This role offers frontline support for ROI teams and requires a high school diploma with preferred call center experience. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality supply chain support to ROI Members with proactive solutions and decision making.
• Handle requisition processing, daily product sourcing, vendor PO negotiations and placement.
• Follow up on confirmations and expedite purchase orders for products and services.
• Maintain daily customer and vendor relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Serve as front-line support to ROI customers regarding supply chain issues.
• Coordinate procurement of sub items when vendors are out of stock, from sourcing to delivery.
