Pay: $95,000-$105,000 per year

Lead and supervise the team responsible for coordinating the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products throughout the supply chain.
Oversee plant supply chain activities across procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
Develop and administer inventory strategies that align stock levels with business needs while minimizing carrying costs.
Analyze historical data and demand trends to forecast inventory needs and adjust strategies as conditions change.
Build and maintain supplier relationships, purchase required materials, and submit purchase orders to support continuity of supply.
Coordinate logistics and material movement to support production schedules, timely delivery, and customer expectations.
Monitor employee performance and supply chain key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.
Partner across departments to assess processes, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree
Experience making personnel decisions and managing both hourly and salaried staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Creative problem-solving and process‑improvement skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
