Join Donaldson Company’s Supply Chain team as our next Supply Chain Supervisor at our Frankfort Plant! Together, we are advancing filtration for a cleaner world by protecting the essential equipment that builds, feeds and moves the world! If you want to join a high-performing team and help us take our Supply Chain operations to the next level, this may be the career opportunity for you! Qualified candidates must be able to work out of our Frankfort, IN facility. In this role, you and your team will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for one of Donaldson's flagship manufacturing plants. You will supervise and improve workflows in areas including production planning, material purchasing, order management, inventory management, and logistics. You will collaborate closely with relevant functional areas and interdisciplinary teams, both within and outside the facility, to foster alignment and achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma and 5 years of equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
