Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead on-site supply chain operations, overseeing receiving, distributing, replenishment and inventory control within the facility. The role includes coordinating staff, improving processes, and ensuring safety standards across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of material management experience and at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred degrees in finance or healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' material management experience required

Responsibilities

• Supervises on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders
• Assists with coordinating, managing, and evaluating supply chain personnel
• Creates a supportive environment for supply chain staff development and delivery of supply chain solutions
• Raises and resolves facility-based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities
• Prepares schedule for on-site operations
• Attends in-service presentations and completes mandatory education weeks including infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards
• Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reporting system and uses it to report potential patient safety issues
• Processes all loss charge reports and resolves discrepancies
• Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices per core competencies

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Facility Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities as directed by the Director of Supply Chain Operations or COO. Responsible for overseeing receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Facility Supply Chain Supervisor assists with coordinating, managing, and evaluating supply chain personnel.

• Supervises the on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders.
• Assists with coordinating, managing, and evaluating supply chain personnel.
• Create a supportive environment for supply chain staff development and the delivery of supply chain solutions.
• Raise and resolve facility-based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities.
• Prepares schedule for the on-site operations.
• Attends in-service presentations, and completes mandatory education week, including but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards.

What qualifications you will need:
