Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, production planning or manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

• Create, register and maintain manufacturing orders in ERP with accurate start and delivery dates
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning with Site Manager
• Expedite purchase orders and monitor deliveries to support the production plan
• Act as deputy Site Manager when necessary and assist with daily site coordination
• Assist Site Manager with administrative tasks, reporting and meetings
• Coordinate priority planning with sales, production and Site Manager for on-time delivery
• Communicate order status and timing with sales teams
• Collaborate with global operations to improve supply chain processes
• Manage item administration in ERP including BOM, cost prices and price lists
