Acro Service Corporation in the United States is seeking a skilled Parts Planner to optimize supply and delivery workflows. You will leverage SAP-based tools like SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights to ensure timely parts delivery and collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts.
The role focuses on monitoring key metrics such as FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders, with an emphasis on clear communication and process improvement.
Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.
Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
SAP experience is a plus.
Work Hours: 1st shift, between 6 am and 5 pm (no overtime) but if requested it would be minimal OT hours
