RectorSeal, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely procurement of products for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction markets.
The role focuses on purchase planning, supplier management, and collaboration with Production Planning to balance demand with optimal costs while avoiding excess inventory. This is a hybrid onsite/remote position at the Houston Spenwick facility.

The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for negotiations, vendor management, purchase planning, and buying activities. The supply chain team is accountable for assuring the continuous supply and timely procurement of orders to maintain maximum production levels at optimum costs consistent with quality and quantity specifications. Close coordination with Production Planning is required to ensure adequate quantities for customer demand but avoiding unnecessary inventory buildup.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring employees to work onsite at our Houston Spenwick facility three days per week and remotely two days per week.
