Job summary

CNH Industrial seeks a Supply Chain professional to drive supplier execution and order fulfillment across our After Sales network. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor open orders and resolve discrepancies to improve delivery performance for our Dealer network.

Ideal candidates will have a strong analytics background, Excel proficiency, and experience across procurement, planning, and logistics. This role offers growth within a global manufacturing organization focused on innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years in supply chain experience.
• HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years in supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Effective written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze and forward requirements to suppliers for timely delivery.
• Identify and help resolve delivery performance issues to reduce late parts.
• Maintain supplier communications about late or short deliveries.
• Keep Manufacturing informed about late deliveries and quality issues.
• Develop contingency plans for late deliveries and realistic dates.
• Contact suppliers on new parts and monitor planning to meet needs.
• Analyze trends and advise on supplier performance improvements.
• Guide and train junior staff in on-time delivery techniques.
• Monitor lead times and inform management of changes.
• Maintain quality metrics by supplier.
• Expedite parts outside normal lead times for short lead adds.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible to drive supplier execution and order fulfillment activities across the CNH After Sales network by managing supplier relationships, monitoring open orders, resolving discrepancies, processing invoices, and implementing actions that reduce backorders and improve delivery performance directly to our Dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze and forward requirements to suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.
• Identify and assist in resolving delivery performance problems to reduce late purchased parts and subsequent production down time.
• Maintain communications with suppliers to identify late or short deliveries to enable alternate action to be taken and to provide updates to manufacturing personnel.
• Maintain open communications with Manufacturing to keep informed on late deliveries and potential quality problems.
• Develop or assist with contingency plans for late deliveries to enable realistic delivery dates to be transmitted to production for workforce and Shipping requirements.
• Contact potential suppliers on new parts for estimated delivery to ensure parts availability to meet production and Shipping objectives; monitor planning of purchased parts to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Analyze trends and keep management advised of action to improve or dissolve chronic suppliers.
• Guide and train less experienced personnel in the techniques of supervising and coordinating on-time deliveries.
• Monitor lead times of purchased parts, by supplier. Inform management when lead times move out of acceptable and expected time frames.
• Maintain quality metrics by supplier.
• Order and expedite parts that are outside the normal lead time to support short lead adds in manufacturing.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Associate's degree plus 2 or more years of supply chain experience, OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4 or more years of supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large data sets, formulas, and basic reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external suppliers through a variety of contact methods, including phone, virtual meetings and email.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Material Analyst Role, preferably 5 years experience
• APICS certification
• Strong communication skills to share fairly complex information with team and/or audiences not knowledgeable of the subject matter.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Experience creating reports and conducting analysis.
• Self directed and motivated.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $57,000 - $95,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
