Overview

Armoured One, LLC, located in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This is a day-shift onsite position focused on managing procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of materials and supplies throughout the organization, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and minimizing disruptions to operations.

Salary Range: $23-$26 hourly, DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage all purchasing activities across operations, including project materials, supplies, and office inventory, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct periodic audits, and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of purchasing processes and vendor pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain and monitor budgets for each department and team, tracking all costs against established targets.
• Forecast upcoming needs for high-ticket and long-lead-time items to support project scheduling, cost management, and supplier readiness.
• Provide regular cost analysis and reporting by department and team to support financial planning and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and favorable pricing terms.
• Support the creation of purchase orders, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or similar).
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and forecasting inventory needs.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, purchasing platforms, and basic reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
