Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking an Application Engineer II to lead and guide the company’s technical assets, architect solutions, and define processes that improve customer experience and store productivity while supporting rapid business expansion.

You will work across diverse technologies, coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors, and ensure architecture standards, governance, and lifecycle management align with our enterprise framework.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and minimum 5 years IT experience in the required domain.
• Minimum of 2 years experience architecting and implementing enterprise solutions; include data integration and governance.
• Broad knowledge across solution development and implementation; focus area varies by solution.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2/3 support escalation management with root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Define, design and develop solutions to improve customer experience and productivity across stores.
• Evaluate options and govern solution architecture consistent with enterprise framework.
• Establish standards, policies, and procedures for solution architecture and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technology with business needs.
