Supply Chain Software Implementation Consultant (remote, US only)

Title: Supply Chain Software Implementation Consultant

Position details: Full-time, exempt, remote position in the US only

Reports to: VP, Customer Success US

Salary range: $130,000 - $155,000

Qualifications & Experience

• Demand & Supply Planning Experience: 4+ years corporate supply chain experience
  • Sales forecasting & collaboration
  • Inventory optimization
  • Complex supply networks – Co-manufacturers, 3PLs, central warehouse
• Education: 4 or more years of related college education
• Familiarity with ERP systems and/or other planning systems
• Strong written and verbal communications for a range of audiences
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team-based environment; able to drive customer outcomes on desired timeline
• Adept at problem solving, clear and logical thinker. Ability to understand complex problems and provide solutions.
• Basic project management

While extensive experience is beneficial, NETSTOCK is open to a candidate with more than four years in Supply Chain and Project Management and/or worked in a similar SaaS based technology consultancy as an implementation consultant.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementations of Netstock IA simultaneously, effectively guiding the customers through the onboarding.
• Learn and become an expert with the IA application.
• Identify customer requirements and develop solutions using application features.
• Work together with technical resources to implement customer requirements.
• Manage timelines and tasks for each project to keep projects moving to completion.
• Deliver training to customers (in conjunction with online training)
• Work with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure an efficient implementation that satisfies the key requirements of the client.
• Develop client relationships, transfer knowledge, and manage expectations.
• Continually improve implementations/onboarding to make them more efficient and successful.
• Participate in identifying customers at risk of churn to improve engagement and usage.
• Identify and provide input on software enhancements to improve implementation efficiency and product features.
