Job Description:

Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer sides.

Supply Chain Services Manager South EMEA
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Collaborate with sales teams, leveraging Arrow’s comprehensive supply chain and data services, adopting a growth mindset and consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. Target VP-level+ influencers and decision-makers, sometimes independently from the sales team, to differentiate Arrow from competitors, leading to sales, margin, and fee growth, and capturing a leading share of TAM. Reporting to: EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director.

Differentiated / Integrated Supply Chain Solutions
  • Develop detailed knowledge of Arrow’s high-end supply chain services portfolio.
  • Use consultative questioning to identify customer pain points and create tailored solutions.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative approaches to support benefits statements and increase Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet.
  • Work with sales teams, using tools like whitespace analysis to identify high-potential customers.
  • Build strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Understand Arrow’s financial objectives to ensure solutions meet thresholds within acceptable timelines.
  • Maintain implemented supply chain solutions, handing them off to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams.
Supply Chain-as-a-Service
  • Charge consulting fees for strategic engagements where appropriate, especially when direct billing paths are not clear.
  • Become the subject matter expert and owner of the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee-for-service portfolio, including services like semiconductor programming, long-term inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, supply chain control tower, and critical buffer stocks.
Non-Core Services
  • Become an expert in Arrow’s full suite of solutions across various business units.
  • Manage the opportunity funnel, engaging with traditional and non-traditional customers, including start-ups.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Arrow with customers, coordinating with specialists as needed.
  • This portfolio includes Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, and others.
Dimensions
  • Field-based and customer-facing role.
  • Engage in consultative selling at Director, VP, and C-suite levels.
  • Manage a territory with €500m+ in existing sales.
  • International travel as required.
