Job summary

Curtiss-Wright's Supply Chain and Operations Career Rotational Program in Brecksville, OH offers a multi-year path with short-term assignments, mentoring, and hands-on exposure across the organization.

The program includes on-site rotations within Supply Chain and Operations, cross-functional learning with Engineering, Sales, Production and Finance, plus a peer mentor, project training, and structured development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed schedules.
• Prepare production plans and material requirements list in accordance with the Master Production Schedule, for products, proposal efforts and/or production processes.
• May coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules.
• May provide input to management regarding problems such as scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes and backlogs. Releases and maintains all appropriate paperwork.
