Job summary

Uline is launching a Supply Chain Rotational Program at Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will rotate through multiple roles, gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics, and work with mentors to develop critical supply chain skills.

Over 18–24 months you’ll rotate through different roles, then move into a full-time supply chain operations role aligned with your interests and the company’s needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s supply chain operations, systems and processes.
• Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
• Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.
