Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, packaging materials, is establishing its Supply Chain Rotational Program at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will rotate through multiple roles, gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, and logistics, and learn from experienced mentors.

Over 18-24 months you will travel to North American locations, analyze data, drive improvements, and transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline's supply chain operations, systems and processes.
• Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
• Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.

Program Highlights

• Gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics.

• Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months while learning from experienced mentors.

• Upon completion, step into a full-time role in supply chain operations role based on your interests and company needs.
