Job summary

Uline is launching a Supply Chain Rotational Program at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This 18–24 month program offers hands-on experience across distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics, with mentorship and a clear path to a full-time role.

Participants rotate through multiple roles, learn from experienced mentors, and gain exposure to Uline’s North American locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel and spend several weeks at North American locations as needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s supply chain operations, systems and processes.
• Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
• Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.

Program Highlights
