Job summary

The Comcast Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a two-year, full-time pathway designed for early-career professionals aiming to become leaders in Supply Chain. Associates complete three rotations across Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Transportation Management, and Hub Operations, with a first-year assignment in the Philadelphia area and subsequent rotations at other Comcast sites.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related fields or have relevant work

SC Rotational Development Program associates complete three unique full-time rotations over the course of two years. Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment within the greater Philadelphia area. In year 2, you’ll be located at another major Comcast operation center where you’ll complete two six‑month assignments focused primarily on field and hub operations before launching into the business. As you rotate, you’ll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders. Learning & Development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your supply chain, leadership, and business acumen.

How do I qualify?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• OR Relevant work experience in a supply chain‑related role with a strong interest in developing within the field
