Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking Supply Chain Rotational Analysts as part of a two to three‑year program for December 2026 graduates. You will rotate through Charter Casting in Woodstock, Charter Steel in Saukville, and Charter Wire in Milwaukee, gaining broad exposure to procurement, planning, transportation, and transformation.

The program includes mentoring, professional development, relocation support, and eligibility for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative for excellence and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Charter divisions (Casting, Steel, Wire).
• Gain exposure to procurement, planning, transportation, and transformation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within rotations.
