Job summary

Charter Manufacturing in Wisconsin invites graduates to join a two- to three-year Supply Chain Rotational Analyst program designed to build talent and bench strength across the organization. You will rotate through Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Transformation, with 10-month assignments and potential short-term relocations to Charter Casting or Charter Wire locations in IL/WI.

Charter Manufacturing is now hiring Supply Chain Analysts into the Rotational Program for December 2026 Graduates!

The Supply Chain Rotational Analyst targets recent college graduates to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program. The program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.

Concentrated Rotational Areas:

• Procurement
• Supply & Demand Planning
• Transportation
• Supply Chain Transformation

Rotational Program Structure:

• 3 Rotations at 10 months long each
• Potential short-term relocation to: Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI) Charter Steel (Saukville, WI) & Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI)
