Job summary

The role collaborates with purchasing, sales, and AISIN North American Plants to validate part breakdowns, conduct risk surveys, and prepare management summaries for OEM customers. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with strong Excel skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage supply chain risk surveys from OEM customers and AISIN.
• Understand customer requirements, timelines, and reporting formats.
• Respond to OEM inquiries on supply continuity and risk.
• Conduct risk surveys for events like natural disasters or regulatory changes.
• Document risk type, timing, and impact across parts and suppliers.
• Support decisions on impacted parts and components.
• Distribute surveys to Tier‑1 suppliers and track responses.
• Maintain status indicators and update risk survey reports.
• Prepare structured summaries for internal and OEM submissions.
• Review and analyze data for presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, plants to validate part breakdowns.
• Conduct mitigation planning with supplier and component data.
• Support due diligence for conflict minerals and sustainability reporting.
• Contribute to diversity and carbon neutrality initiatives.
• Continuously improve risk survey tools and processes.
• Report major activities to Management.
