Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex supply chain or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and onsite when required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supply chain and material projects across the United States.
• Guide a team of Project Managers; set priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Develop project timelines, activity plans, and budget summaries.
• Identify schedule and supplier risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate procurement activities and PO releases.
• Build cross-functional alignment across plant leadership, quality, engineering, and suppliers.
• Use data and dashboards to improve schedules, execution, and performance.
