Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Operations Supply Chain Resiliency Manager to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects across the United States. The role requires onsite work for highly complex tasks with partial remote options.

You will direct Project Managers, set priorities, allocate resources, and develop risk mitigation strategies while collaborating with operations, procurement, quality, engineering and R&D to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex supply chain, operations, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing schedules, stakeholder alignment, and risk.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supply chain and material projects across the United States.
• Guide a team of Project Managers and allocate resources.
• Develop project timelines, activity plans, and budget summaries.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions to protect delivery.
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Build cross-functional alignment across plant leadership, procurement, quality, engineering, and R&D.
