Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain PT in Winona, MN to help manage product flow. The role links the Supply Chain with development, operations, and sales, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead.

You'll assist with inventory plans, analyze data in spreadsheets, and communicate results clearly. This fast-paced position offers up to 28 hours per week, with a base pay of $15–$20 per hour and potential bonus/commission.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY).

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time Supply Chain PT, you will be a strategic link between the Supply Chain Department and the rest of the company by impacting how Fastenal manages product flow both domestically and internationally. This position provides exposure to all functions within Fastenal's dynamic supply chain and will report to the Supply Chain Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with inventory plans
• Collaborating with product development, operations and sales
• Analyzing data, working on spreadsheets, and clearly communicating the results

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess or are working towards a degree in one of the following areas: Math, Statistics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related Business field

The base pay range for this position is $15/hr -20/hr. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
