Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions seeks a Project Manager for Supply Chain Management to act as the Government point of contact for AMCOM logistics at Redstone Arsenal and Fort Bliss, ensuring contract execution and delivery per PWS/AQL.

You will lead performance, safety, staffing, subcontractors, risk, reporting, and transitions, coordinate with Government to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS. SECRET clearance or eligibility required or pending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain (required)
• 10+ years managing Government contracts
• 5+ years Army logistics experience
• Leadership experience with a geographically dispersed workforce
• Contract cost, schedule, risk, and deliverable controls experience
• Quality Control Expertise
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS
• SECRET clearance or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Leads performance, quality, safety, staffing, subcontractors, risk, reporting, customer coordination, transition, and corrective actions; ensures both sites meet PWS and AQL requirements.
• Manages all contract requirements and ensures compliance with applicable laws in the execution of this PWS.
• Implements a Quality Control Program (QCP) to monitor and enhance service quality and submit a QCP Plan.
• Executes transition-in and transition-out processes, coordinating with outgoing or incoming contractors.

Job description

Project Manager Supply Chain Management, TBS's single Government point of contact with full authority for overall contract execution across Redstone Arsenal and Fort Bliss, for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missiles Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center (ALC) Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD), ensures supply availability and timely delivery of products and services to the warfighter. Leads performance, quality, safety, staffing, subcontractors, risk, reporting, customer coordination, transition, and corrective actions; ensures both sites meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) requirements. Manages all contract requirements and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws in the execution of this PWS. Performance objectives, standards, and AQLs implemented annually. Meet with Government for informal interim counseling sessions to identify any performance not meeting AQLs and to provide the opportunity to improve. Implement a Quality Control Program (QCP) to monitor and enhance service quality and submit a QCP Plan. Execute a seamless transition-in and transition-out process, coordinating with outgoing or incoming contractors.
