Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an experienced procurement lead to drive program procurement strategy and manage supplier projects for aerospace programs. You will ensure compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective deliverables meeting technical, regulatory, and schedule requirements.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams to mitigate procurement risks and optimize supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of aerospace procurement or supply chain experience, managing complex programs with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, supplier ecosystems, negotiation, contract management, project management, and procurement tools.
• Preferred: PMP or CPIM certifications, international procurement experience, familiarity with aerospace regulations, ERP/SAP, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with frequent interactions across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and program environments. May include supplier site visits, international travel (approx. 25%), schedule flexibility, and occasional overtime to support program needs.
