We’re seeking a Supply Chain Project Enablement Manager to orchestrate end-to-end supply chain collaboration and execute project-based customer orders, meeting specific SLAs and supporting growth initiatives. You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinating sourcing, manufacturing, and warehousing teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate customer needs into actionable solutions, balancing inventory, costs, and prioritization decisions to drive project success and long-term relationships. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll leverage data to enhance supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Turn customer requirements into solutions, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements, utilizing the CPOF/PPM process.
  • Achieve business objectives by assessing and mitigating risks and resolving obstacles.
  • Manage commitments, schedule changes, and challenges to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely communication.
  • Monitor and approve project investments (inventory, freight, costs).
  • Assess project performance and run root cause analysis on failures to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate data and report on project status, results, and metrics in systems.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: B.S. in Mfg. Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
  • Certifications: PMP, APICS CPIM, CSCP, or ISM C.P.M./CPSM.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain or manufacturing, with exposure to production, demand and supply planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and project management.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience with change management, building relationships, and effectively communicating across a matrixed organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in quality and continuous improvement methodologies, preferably using Lean tools/Six Sigma.
  • Systems: Direct experience with ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel; Oracle a strong plus.
  • Skills: Strong organization skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
