Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed in Qualifications.
• Preferred: internship, project, or academic experience related to supply chain or program coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support communication and coordination between Supply Chain and other teams for programs or products.
• Assist in development and execution of supply chain strategies.
• Monitor material and supplier milestones to support timely execution.
• Track supply chain cost, schedule and performance metrics.
• Assist with analyzing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in risk and opportunity tracking and document mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Assist with financial and program reporting activities and data gathering.
• Support supplier relationship activities and coordination with the broader team.
• Assist with proposal support activities by gathering inputs and documentation.
• Contribute to requirements development and coordination activities.
• Participate in process improvement and special projects.
