Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Intern, Supply Chain Program Management to support cross-functional teams in the Power Systems organization. You will assist with supply chain planning, supplier coordination, and process improvement while learning the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include monitoring milestones, tracking metrics, and assisting with proposals and reporting. Candidates should be pursuing a related bachelor's degree and have familiarity with data analysis and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and coordination between Supply Chain and other teams for assigned programs or products.
• Assist in development and execution of supply chain strategies that support program goals.
• Help monitor material and supplier milestones to support timely program execution.
• Support tracking of supply chain cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Assist with analyzing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in supply chain risk and opportunity tracking and document mitigation plans.
• Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with financial and program reporting activities, including data gathering and updates.
• Help support supplier relationship activities and coordination with the broader supply chain team.
• Assist with proposal support activities by gathering inputs and preparing documentation.
• Support involvement in requirements development and coordination activities.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and other special projects.
