AllTek is partnering with a local client to find a talented Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Position: Supply Chain Procurement Specialist - IN OFFICE ONLY

Overview:

AllTek is excited to collaborate on this key search for a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist in support of a leading client based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This vital role ensures the seamless procurement of equipment, materials, and services critical to our client's operational success in complex energy systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of procurement processes, committed to maintaining efficient, scalable operations.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in procurement or supply chain operations
• Expertise in purchase-to-pay processes and ERP systems, with hands-on experience in procurement modules
• Knowledge of managing supplier master data, requisitioning, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations, internal coordination, and problem resolution
• Experience working closely with accounting teams to ensure procurement activities align with financial records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign, Oracle, or Coupa procurement platforms
• Background in energy, agriculture, or industrial sectors
• Understanding of renewable natural gas technologies or dairy farm operations
• Experience supporting customer or site transitions and system migrations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience supporting major system implementations or on-site operational transitions is advantageous
