Role is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. Required to understand downstream customer requirements to meet expectations. Role drives change through applying fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of supply chain, and lean manufacturing. This is a direct procurement role and will require daily ordering and on-site inventory validation. There is no relocation or sponsorship available for this position. This position is 100% onsite and candidate must be local to the TX area.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package role are expected to earn $68K-$102K annually.

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
